Shambolic is our Tried & True Dry Hopped Spelt Saison brewed with malted spelt and a touch of raw white wheat, and fermented with our Magickal Saison yeast and house microflora in a large oak foudre. Dry hopped assertively with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and American Simcoe. Refermented in the can for natural carbonation. Notes of ripe pineapple, lemon balm, spring meadow, black lime, and cape gooseberry. 6.5% abv.
